Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms cover your purchase and use of Trakkdown, made by Strouse Technologies ("we", "us"). By buying or using Trakkdown, you agree to them.

Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee

If Trakkdown isn't sorting your pictures the way you hoped, or you're just not happy with it, email us at strousetechnologies@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms and no hoops. If it's been longer than 14 days and something isn't right, reach out anyway and we'll work with you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, which usually takes 5–10 business days to appear. When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated.

Your license

• Trakkdown is a one-time purchase. Your license lets you use Trakkdown on the number of computers included in your plan: 1 for Standard, 3 for Pro.
• "Unlimited sorts" means there's no cap on how many pictures you sort.
• "Lifetime updates" means you get updates to Trakkdown at no extra cost for as long as we continue to offer it.
• Please don't share or resell your license key, or copy, modify, or reverse engineer the software. You're buying a license to use Trakkdown, not ownership of the software itself.

Internet and system requirements

Trakkdown runs on Windows 10 or later and on Macs with Apple Silicon (M1 or later). Sorting happens on your computer and your pictures are never uploaded. The app needs an internet connection to activate your license. After that it verifies your license when it can, and works offline for up to 30 days since its last successful check.

Sorting accuracy

Trakkdown uses AI to classify pictures, and no AI is perfect. Some pictures may be put in the wrong folder. We recommend keeping a backup of your original pictures and spot-checking results before deleting anything.

Warranty and liability

Apart from the money-back guarantee above, Trakkdown is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for lost pictures, missed hunting opportunities, or other indirect damages from using Trakkdown, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought your license applies to that purchase.
